ANNOUNCEMENT - 11 JANUARY 2013 IS THE DEADLINE OF FILING OF MANIFESTATION OF INTENT TO VOTE FOR REGISTERED OVERSEAS ABSENTEE VOTERS WHO FAILED TO VOTE TWICE CONSECUTIVELY The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has given Overseas Absentee Voters (OAV) who failed to vote twice until January 11, 2013 to file their manifestation of intent to vote and be able to exercise their right of sufferage in the 13 May 2013 National Elections. The list of OAV Voters who failed to vote for two (2) consecutive elections can be found in both the COMELEC and DFA-OAVS websites: www.comelec.gov.ph/oav/?r=tpl/oav_listswww.comelec.gov.ph/oav/?r=tpl/oav_lists/list_of_overseas_absentee_voters_who_failed_to_vote_in_two_consecutive_national_electionsParties concerned in Cambodia may file their manifestation of intent to vote through the Philippine Embassy by telephone or email on or before 11 January 2013.
