The Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the World Health Organization (WHO) have issued a joint public health advisory on the confirmed cases of Avian Influenza H5N1 (commonly known as Bird-flu) in recent weeks, particularly in the area of Angkor Chey District, Kampot province.
Following are the symptoms of Avian Influenza H5N1
(1) High fever with red rashes
(2) Severe breathing problems; and
(3) Abdominal pain and somnolence
